Aiwen Yin
Aiwen is a designer, artist, researcher, educator and occasional institutional strategist based in Rotterdam and London. Her work evolves around the idea “the technological is institutional and the institutional is technological” and advocates relationship-centre design as the antidote of an atomised society. Her work is mostly collaborative and research-driven, seeking individual healings through systematic change, bringing system design, game-theater, ethnographic research, liberation psychology and community development together and form actionable proposals. Notable work includes ReUnion Network, Liquid Dependencies and Alchemy of Commons. She received the INFORM prize for Conceptual Design for her work in 2019.
Ollie Palmer
Ollie Palmer is an artist, designer, and film-maker whose work critically explores control systems and contemporary technology through installations, films, and performances, often in collaboration with scientists and dancers. He has exhibited internationally at venues including the V&A Museum, London Zoo, FutureEverything Festival, Seoul Museum of Modern Art, and the Opera Garnier de Paris, with films shown at festivals such as International Film Festival Rotterdam and Arctic Moving Image Festival.
